Solution 1: Check the log files folder

This issue can occur when Adobe products are unable to access or write to a log files folder. Check the folder listed below to ensure that it exists and your current user account has write permissions to change its content.

  1. Windows:
    • Access %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries\Logs from the search field in the Start Menu or from the Run command
    • Confirm that the folder exists and you have write permissions for it.
  2. Mac OS:
    • Access ~/Library/Logs/Creative Cloud/Creative Cloud Libraries using the Go to Folder command.
    • Confirm that the folder exists and you have write permissions for it.
